Tower Brue Cider Still – Dry
A blend of various traditional cider apple varieties mixed with a proportion of cooking apple varieties. Harvested by hand. Pressed, then fermented using proprietary yeasts. Pressed and fermented in small batches. No sulphites are used. All the cider is filtered, bottled and labelled in the orchard.
